Terms of Service

The Basics
BROKE.CLUB provides a simple way for people to receive support from others. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BROKE.CLUB. You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it.
Your Page
You own your content. We don't claim any rights to what you post on your page.
Don't use BROKE.CLUB for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Payments
We use Stripe to process payments. When someone supports you, we take 5% + 50¢ from each transaction. That's it. No hidden fees.
Payouts are handled automatically through Stripe. We're not responsible for delays caused by your bank or Stripe.
We do not hold funds on your behalf. All payments and payouts are processed by Stripe. We are not a bank, escrow service, or fiduciary.
Refunds & Disputes
Support on BROKE.CLUB is voluntary and non-refundable.
If a supporter disputes a payment or files a chargeback, Stripe’s dispute process applies. Any resulting fees, reversals, or losses may be passed on to the page owner.
The Fine Print
BROKE.CLUB is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uptime or that the service will always work perfectly.
We can modify these terms at any time. We'll try to notify you of significant changes, but it's your responsibility to check back.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from your use of the service.
If we need to shut down or you violate these terms, we can terminate your account. Any pending payouts will still be processed unless prohibited by law or Stripe’s policies.
